Day 1

Wake up 5:47 am
Ate 2 bowls of Rice Chex Cereal with Almond Milk and Honey
1/2 a Mug of Berry Detox Yogi Tea w/2 Drops Each of Peppermint & Lemon Essential Oil
Walked to Class
After Class: 1 Pear, Small Bag of Rice Crackers and Turkey Deli Meat, Carrots, Bell Pepper.
Walked to work up more stairs.  (Butt workout)

My coworker Seth forced me to eat about 100 lemon heads.  (ok, I wasn't completely forced, but I was peer pressured. And I didn't eat 100, more like only 30 or less.)
Walked down the steps (more butt defining workout) to class. The class is 2 1/2 hours long, so on break I grabbed a small bag of Salsa flavored Sun Chips.  
Natalli & Jacob Ellsworth invited me to their house for dinner.
We had Progresso Hearty Vegetable Soup and Saltine crackers to celebrate the rain outside.  They also let me have some chips and salsa.
At home, I had some rice chex, honey, and almond milk for dessert.  
Went to bed before 11:30pm.
