Woke up around 6:45am.
Did my marriage prep class readings about Conflict Resolution.
Oatmeal, honey, and Almond Milk for Breakfast.
Started feeling pretty sick-my head hurts, so does my neck and jaw.
I don't feel like I'll be productive at work because of my headache, so I didn't go in this morning. Plus, I'm stressing about my Old Testament test today.
Had some Almond Nut Thins (rice and almond crackers) and turkey deli lunchmeat, 3 Hershey chocolate kisses, a pear, berry detox tea, and ADP supplement.
Still hurting. And Studying.
Off to class (yes I walked up all the stairs up to campus).
Walked up more stairs up to work.
At work I ate 2 gluten-free, vegan cookies my friend Kelsey brought me (She just made my day!), some carrots and around 6pm I had vegetarian chili and rice for dinner.
I walked downstairs to the other side of campus to study. There, I ate my lettuce with poppy seed dressing. Then for dessert,I bought a roll of mints from the vending machine (I may or may not have eaten them all, hey, I was stressed studying for this test!)
Test went well, I ran into one of my ward friends at the testing center and she offered me a ride home, it was dark so I took it gratefully.
At home I had one Starburst and one small cookie. Then, I did a 30-day shred workout. I'll probably be in bed before 1am. Sweet.
